Shipping and delivery
LUNATIC information · updated 26 October 2026
Destinations and charges
| Destination | Charge |
|---|---|
| Italy, products below €150 after discounts | €4.99 |
| Italy, products of €150 or more after discounts | Free |
| Other EU Member States | €12.99 per order, with no free-shipping threshold |
The Italian threshold uses product value after discounts and before shipping. We do not deliver outside the EU, including Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom. Coverage of territories with special customs arrangements must be checked before ordering. Available options and final totals are displayed at checkout.
Preparation and dispatch
- In-stock products: dispatch within 48 hours of order confirmation.
- Standard products made after ordering: production, preparation and dispatch within 7 working days of order confirmation.
- Custom products: you supply specifications, receive a digital draft and approve it expressly and traceably. Production starts only after approval; the product is made and dispatched within 12 working days of approval, not the initial order date. Silence is not approval.
The individual product page and order summary identify the applicable type. For mixed orders, we explain joint or separate dispatch without unaccepted extra charges. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Italian national public holidays.
Transit, delivery and risk
Estimated transit from carrier handover is 24–48 hours in Italy and 4–5 working days in other EU States. Add preparation time. These are estimates, not guaranteed transit deadlines; remote areas or exceptional circumstances may affect them. Tracking is communicated when available.
The binding delivery period is the one expressly agreed before purchase. Without a different agreement, Article 61 of the Italian Consumer Code requires delivery within 30 days of contract conclusion. For custom goods, the agreed schedule includes draft approval; customer delays require an explicit schedule update. Statutory rights for late or failed delivery remain intact.
Risk passes when the consumer or their designated third party, other than the carrier, physically receives the goods, subject to statutory exceptions. Contact info@lunaticstore.it for damaged or incorrect items. Failing to note a reservation with the carrier does not remove your legal rights.
