Actual availability

The checkout displays methods actually active for your destination and the final total before order confirmation. A planned method or logo does not confirm availability. If no active payment method appears, checkout cannot be completed.

Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are usable only after the relevant provider has been configured and when offered at checkout. Wallet availability also depends on device, browser and customer wallet. Never send card numbers or security codes by email.

Cash on delivery

Available only when explicitly offered for a compatible destination and carrier. When available, the surcharge is €3.99 per order, separately displayed before confirmation. If it is absent, it is not active for that order. Carrier payment arrangements must be communicated before purchase.

Total and refunds

The total includes products, applicable taxes, shipping and expressly disclosed charges. Optional charges require consent. See Returns and refunds.
